Below is our Registration Form.

Please fill out your family's information below. Primary Adult information is required, and we also recommend including information for a Secondary Adult if applicable. For your children, please add a record for each child that will be at SCC, even if they won't be taking classes.

Make a note of the username and password you create below; you will use it to log in to our SCC website once you have finished this form.

As part of the registration process, you'll be asked to complete our Membership Agreement, Background Check, and Liability Waivers. These documents help us keep all our members safe and welcome at SCC

At the end of the registration, you'll be directed to our payment page, where you can pay your Membership Fee.

Once these steps are completed, the Membership Committee will be notified to approve your membership, after which you'll be able to register your child(ren) for classes, and be a full member of Sligo Creek Co-op!

Payment Instructions

SCC fees cover the cost of rent, insurance and shared supplies/tools (like the website). For planning and cash flow, it helps when families can pay in full before the start of the semester. We understand that this is not possible for everyone! We don't want the cost of SCC to be a barrier to participation. Monthly payment plans and scholarships are available.

We cannot guarantee full scholarships, but we hope that we can support each other as a community - both in thoughtfully requesting scholarships AND in thoughtfully sharing of our abundance as we're able. If the Membership Fee creates an undue financial burden for your family, please visit our Scholarships page for more information on scholarships and payment plans.

Registration fees are based on the number of children in your household attending SCC (regardless of how many classes each child is taking). The cost for one child is $250/semester, with each additional sibling discounted at 25% ($187.50 per child/semester). In order to be eligible to register for classes, we require families to do one of the following: 

1) Pay in full
2) Enroll in monthly auto-payments via paypal (and make their first payment) 
3) Submit a scholarship request and establish a related payment plan.

Important note: this registration fee does not include materials fees for classes. These are paid directly to the teacher near the start of term. These typically range from $5-$50 depending on class content. Materials fees are posted on the schedule under individual classes.
